Aeroline Autotech upon request from our customer will participate in project management and witness installation, testing and commissioning (T&C) of newly purchased vehicle and submit observations/ comment to the customer.
We shall maintain and monitor defect list on behalf of customer and register all relevant data into Fleet Maintenance Information System (FMIS)
Warranty Management is the monitoring of the maintenance, repair of defects, consumable and parts replacement, during the defect liability period by the vehicle supplier.
We will report and keep records of occurrences of breakdowns, repairs of defects and PPMs works by the supplier during the defect liability period and to give advice to the customer.
